Rules for using the waw.xxx adults-only discovery and embedding service.
Eligibility
You may use waw.xxx only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority for adult content where you live. Do not use the service where viewing adult material is prohibited.
What the service does
waw.xxx indexes metadata and provides links or embeds for adult videos hosted by third parties. It does not currently accept public uploads or user accounts. Third-party services control their own media, availability, terms, and privacy practices.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, evade access restrictions, attack the service, scrape it at a harmful rate, misrepresent identity or authority, or seek, promote, or report as lawful any content involving minors, coercion, trafficking, abuse, non-consensual conduct, or intimate material shared without consent.
Intellectual property
The waw.xxx name, interface, and original software are protected by applicable law. Rights in third-party media and metadata remain with their respective owners. Copyright complaints should follow the DMCA and Copyright page.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided as available. Links and embeds can fail or change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, waw.xxx disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for third-party content or services. Nothing here limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
